Vigna Pinelli was originally a horse stable: in this part of the structure nowadays we find the flat Il Leccio. In the past there were two renovation works:

the first in 1975 when the first floor was built (nowadays is the flat called Il Cedro) and the second one in 2005 when the structure was enlarged as it appears today, respecting some original elements like thick walls, still visible outiside, or the characteristic curved windows, typical of counrty houses.

The location and the weather are particularly good, so that any season can be fine for holiday; during spring or summer it's possible to reach the near beach and enjoy the relaxing countryside. The arcade with wood armchairs, tables and the barbecue offer the possibility of spending relaxing moments in the garden, which are impossible in a hotel.
